- We
come to your premises so you can have ready access to all necessary
accounting documents and the program can be customised on site to suit
your needs
- Your
file is set up to give you maximum benefit by customising your Accounts
List and forms
- We
will ensure that the set up will provide the appropriate output or reports
for your needs. If you wish, we can liaise with your Accountant to achieve
this.
- We
provide client centred tuition in the use of the program. The training is
always specifically geared towards your business needs.
We find an average initial setup time is 3 to 4 hours
(payroll, network environment and/or inventory will take longer). Follow up
visits depend upon your demands.
We return at a mutually agreed time to assist with tasks
when tackled for the first time eg Bank Reconciliations, Year End, and your
first payroll.
Follow up visits depend upon your demands. Some clients will
then continue with annual visits for checking their data before turning their
books over to their Accountant.
